$35.00 non-refundable administration fee for each reservation booked
Rates are based on up to Three (3) Persons in a One Bedroom Unit;
up to Five (5) Persons in a Two Bedroom Unit;
*Maximum of 1 extra person @ $70.00 per week*
Must be 21 years old to rent a unit without a parent or responsible adult present.
Specific units cannot be guaranteed
Management reserves the right to reassign guest unit when necessary
Guest will be responsible for the entire reserved period
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM
Payment in Full is Due on or before Arrival, as scheduled on the "Reservation Confirmation" form. We accept cash, traveler's check and cashier/bank checks.
**Payment by Approved Credit Card must be indicated at time reservation is made.**
Payment by Personal Check must be approved by management and be received no less than 15 days before arrival.
